How It Works

Ion Exchange Initiation
Raw water enters the pressure vessel and flows through a bed of specialized ion exchange resin beads. Cation resin exchanges positively charged ions like calcium and magnesium for hydrogen, while anion resin targets negatively charged ions such as chlorides and sulfates.
Continuous Mineral Removal
As water passes through the resin bed, dissolved mineral salts are progressively stripped away. The ion exchange process replaces undesirable ions with hydrogen and hydroxyl groups, which combine to form pure H₂O. Conductivity drops steadily as treatment progresses.
High-Purity Output Delivery
The fully treated water exits the system with exceptionally low conductivity, typically below 1 µS/cm. This ultra-pure output is immediately ready for critical applications including boiler feed, pharmaceutical processing, electronics manufacturing, and laboratory use.
